Company President and Founder, Kevin Rogers, has more than 35 years of experience in the electrical contracting and related industries. Kevin’s experience has provided him with first-hand knowledge of company ownership and operations. Before starting Rogers Electrical in 2011, Kevin owned and operated another electrical contracting business in the same industry for approximately 15 years.

Jared Rogers earned his degree from Fairmont State university before jumping into the electrical contracting industry more than 10 years ago and joining the family business more than three years ago. He works as an electrical estimator for RECCI and, in his spare time, enjoys tinkering with technology and building computers.

Ryan Erdie attended West Virginia University and Fairmont State University ultimately earning his MBA building upon his previous work experience in sales, accounting and human resources. He joined RECCI to head up its accounting department in 2014.

Derek Stickel has earned a slew of technical certificates including 26 in Rockwell Automation alone. He joined Rogers in 2015 but has worked in the electrical contracting industry for more than 15 years. He also has significant experience in programming and design and contributes to the industry through participation in focus groups and by providing online support to industry-related groups.

Bob Watson has over 45 years of experience with cable/electrical long wall installation, setup, and repair. He has experience in tasks such as lowering and retrieving mining cable through bore holes and/or mine shafts. He is also very knowledgeable in the repairing of mining cables, terminations of new plugs, and providing vulcanizing services for all your cable needs.
