Mark Dalton is President of Rogers Electrical Contracting and a licensed Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University and brings extensive leadership and technical expertise to the company’s operations and strategic direction.
Ryan Erdie joined Rogers Electrical Contracting in 2014 to lead the company’s accounting operations with a strong background in finance, human resources, and sales. He holds an MBA through joint studies at West Virginia University and Fairmont State University and plays a key role in driving financial efficiency and supporting the company’s growth.
A seasoned electrical industry professional with over 20 years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects. Highly skilled in project planning, cost control, and execution, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Adept at coordinating complex engineering efforts—including PLC systems—from initial design through successful completion.
With more than 39 years in the electrical contracting industry, four of those with RECCI, Jerry Tucker is one of the most experienced of our staff. He has earned a slew of certifications including in electrical, MSHA, Safeland and coal mining.
David Dudash leads the pole line division at Rogers Electrical Contracting, bringing extensive experience from his years in the electrical contracting industry. Before joining RECCI, he gained valuable experience with Mon Power and other regional utility companies, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
Ian Frailey joined Rogers Electrical Contracting Company, Inc. in 2022, bringing valuable experience in management and sales. He holds an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan College and currently oversees purchasing, fleet management, and shipping and receiving operations. Ian plays a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day efficiency and supply chain coordination.
Craig Rogers heads up many of the company’s projects from the North Carolina division. He has amassed more than 30 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry lending his expertise to Rogers’ projects throughout the East Coast and Midwest.
With over 21 years of industry experience, Brian Bulatko leads automation initiatives at Rogers Electrical Contracting. Since joining the company in 2020, he has been instrumental in advancing innovative solutions and systems integration. A graduate of Fairmont State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology, Brian holds multiple electrical licenses, including State Fire Marshal and MSHA certifications. Known for his technical expertise and leadership, he continues to drive excellence and innovation in automation.
Jason brings many years of experience in electrical contracting to his role as Commercial Division Manager. With a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering high-quality results, he oversees all aspects of commercial operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Jason’s expertise and leadership make him a trusted resource for both clients and team members.
